This photo shows a little girl with a scared expression on her face like she's hiding from something or someone.

This picture shows anger because it looks like the photo was taken just as he was yelling at somebody.

This photograph shows love by two people holding hands.

This photo shows hate because black people used to be hated and discriminated and this photo shows that because they are being blasted by a fire hose just because they are walking down the street.

A women in this picture is literally jumping for joy because something made her very happy or excited.

This lady doesn't seem to know what to do and it's like she's weighing the options with her hands to try and figure out what she should do.
I think this is a good photo because the eagle is right on the lines and the main focus is right on the bird because the background is all blurry and the eagle really stands out.

This photo is a really good example of the rule of thirds because the lady bug really pops out with the bright red colour and it's almost right on the bottom right cross point and the focus is really on it.

This photograph has the flower right on the top right crossing point and the sun is portrayed right behind so it has the extra light surrounding the flower and again the focus is dead center on the flower.

This photo is close to the side and one of the third lines goes straight through the middle of the glass bottle and there is all of the blue in the background and the wood bench or deck right in the botom.

In this picture the white and black lines draw your attention into the centre of the red dot and I imagine thats where one of the four crossing dots would be.

I chose this image because I find extreme weather fascinating and I found this picture powerful because of the splitting between the clouds and the lightning coming down just before the shelf cloud comes underneath. The most striking part of this photograph is the lightning. You follow the line between the clouds and then you see the only light source which is the lightning.

http://environment.nationalgeographic.com/environment/photos/extreme-weather/#/science-extreme-weather-iceland-volcano_47513_600x450.jpg
I chose this image because there is multiple areas to focus on in this picture. You see the darkness of the cloud swirling up into the sky while the lightning is adding the extra bit of light to make the ash cloud seem much darker. The most striking part of the picture to me is the red tentacles of lightning coming out of the side and around the top. This photo was taken in Iceland when a volcano erupted and disrupted European air travel.

http://photography.nationalgeographic.com/photography/photos/milestones-wildlife-photography/#/arctic-wolf-iceberg_1316_600x450.jpg
I chose this photo because the Arctic wolf seems to be in the middle of a lake or part of the ocean and wants to test the water before he jumps in. It's powerful because all the water around is calm and sitting still except for the ripples around the piece of ice where the wolf is.

http://photography.nationalgeographic.com/photography/photos/milestones-wildlife-photography/#/snow-leopard_1522_600x450.jpg
I chose this photo because it's the very first photo of a snow leopard and it looks so peaceful. The leopard is just staring at the photographer and doesn't seem to mind him being there. I found it interesting on how well it's camouflage works and if you weren't paying attention you probably wouldn't see it.

http://environment.nationalgeographic.com/environment/photos/extreme-weather/#/science-extreme-weather-waterspout-florida_47520_600x450.jpg
I chose this photo because I liked how the waterspout is going along with the lightning strike. It shows two extremely powerful forces almost working together. This photo would be extremely hard to take because to have a waterspout and lightning so close together and in the same direction would be very hard to obtain.
